Return & Refund Policy

As a custom wooden box manufacturer, most of our products are made-to-order and cannot be resold. However, we want every client to be satisfied. Please read our policy below:

Custom Orders

All customized wooden boxes (with specific size, logo, finish, etc.) are non-refundable unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The design or specs deviate from the approved sample or order confirmation

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or return shipment for inspection. Once verified, we will remake or refund accordingly.

Sample Orders

Samples are generally non-refundable unless proven defective.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at senka@greatmosen.com with order number and issue description
  2. Wait for return approval before shipping anything back
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs for returns are usually borne by the buyer unless the fault is ours.
