As a custom wooden box manufacturer, most of our products are made-to-order and cannot be resold. However, we want every client to be satisfied. Please read our policy below:
Custom Orders
All customized wooden boxes (with specific size, logo, finish, etc.) are non-refundable unless:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The design or specs deviate from the approved sample or order confirmation
Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or return shipment for inspection. Once verified, we will remake or refund accordingly.
Sample Orders
Samples are generally non-refundable unless proven defective.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at senka@greatmosen.com with order number and issue description
- Wait for return approval before shipping anything back
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs for returns are usually borne by the buyer unless the fault is ours.
